Information collected

A submitted project enquiry can contain the selected service, project type, location, optional size, optional budget, optional timeline, your name, phone number, optional email address, preferred contact method, message, and optional supporting files.

Purpose

Submitted information is used to review the requirement, contact you about the enquiry, and understand which service or next step may be relevant. It is not submitted until you complete the review step and confirm consent.

Attachments

Accepted PDF and image files are validated, renamed by the server, and stored outside the public website directory. Files are not made available through a public download URL. Do not upload identity documents, financial records, passwords, or unrelated sensitive information.

Security and spam controls

The form uses server-side validation, file-size and file-signature checks, a hidden spam field, submission timing checks, and request rate limiting. A network address may be processed temporarily in memory for rate limiting but is not written into the enquiry record.

Storage and deletion

Enquiries are stored in the private storage configured for the website server and should be removed when no longer needed for the project conversation. To request access or deletion, call +91 94153 36794 or email [email protected].

External contact actions

Phone, email, WhatsApp and Instagram links open services on your device or third-party websites. Their own privacy terms apply once you leave this website.

Accounts and activity

Registration stores your name, email address, a password hash and a hashed recovery code. An essential, HttpOnly session cookie keeps you signed in for up to eight hours. Your enquiries are linked to your account only when you submit them while signed in. The owner manages employee access. Sign-ins, password changes, content changes and enquiry updates are recorded for account security and company operations.

Optional analytics

If you allow analytics, we record the public page path and time of your visit. Signed-in visits are associated with your account. We do not store IP addresses or query strings in analytics. Activity records are limited to the latest 5,000 events and up to 90 days. Your preference is saved in your browser and can be changed below. Declining does not affect registration or enquiries.

Future changes

This notice must be reviewed before new map embeds, a CRM, cloud file storage, email delivery, or additional third-party services are enabled.
